Tell us about Oda

I'm 28 and live in Stavanger with my husband and our dog, Walter. I have several years of experience in drilling and automation solutions from NOV.  I’ve two Bachelor degrees in engineering and a Masters degree in manufacturing technology. When I'm not working, I'm socializing with friends and family, being active outdoors, and taking on new projects. Life is an adventure and I'm always up for 
a challenge!

Why did you join Stepwise?

I'm thrilled to be part of the innovative and tech-driven team at Stepwise. We bring together such a diverse range of experience and backgrounds to make a positive impact within the 
energy sector. My mission is to help customers reach their goals and reduce emissions on their assets.I'm particularly passionate about the development of new tech, digital solutions, and energy control. Stepwise enables me to combine all my interests and I'm excited to see what the future holds for us!

What’s your focus in Stepwise?

I work as a subject matter expert in automatic drilling control & energy technology. I get to use all my expertise within these domains and, at the same time, work on the bigger picture concerning emission reduction. I also work with project management and customer success, leading the project team on the right path where I'm the single point of contact towards our customers. I love interacting with our customers, helping the projects evolve and working together to achieve great results. Other than that, I'm the self-appointed party committee for the team, and love to organize team-building sessions and social gatherings for the gang.
